Friday, April 15

Conference registration opens at 3:00 p.m. A sit-down meal will be provided at at 5:30 p.m.

Sunday, April 17

Conference will conclude after lunch.

Adult Registration

$75 per person (12 years and older)

Child Registration

Children 11 and younger are free of charge

Meals

Registration fee covers pre-ordered meals and is therefore non-refundable.

Meals included with your registration fee:

• Friday dinner
• Saturday lunch and dinner
• Sunday lunch

CHILD CARE

Children ages 12 and older participate in the regular sessions. Younger children may participate at their parents' discretion.

Child care will be offered for children ages 11 and under during sessions on Saturday morning, Saturday evening, and Sunday morning.

A videoconferencing service will be offered to parents of young children on Friday night and Saturday night. A cell phone will work, but a laptop or tablet is recommended.

Detailed information will be emailed to parents in March.

AIR TRAVEL

The nearest airport is Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), a distance of 45 miles and approximately 50 minutes from the hotel.

Please note: There is no airport shuttle to the hotel.

For those participants staying at the hotel, breakfast is included in your hotel room rate for up to two people per room.

• King Suite, $175 plus tax per night
• Standard Guest Room, $125 plus tax per night (please note: the majority of these rooms are doubles, not kings)

To request a king bed with your Standard Guest Room reservation, you must wait until two weeks before the event (April 1).
After April 1, call Morgan Lewis at (904) 940-8636 to make your request, providing her your confirmation number and the group number ("OIKEOS").

This information will also be on the registration letter that will be sent in March.

LOCAL DINING OPTIONS

There is a restaurant in the hotel, and two others within walking distance. Numerous other restaurants are within a five-mile driving distance.

HOTEL ROOM CANCELLATION

Must be received no later than 48 hours before arrival.
